PR Summary

This is to show an example of running the Daily version of PowerShell in CI. Unfortunately one test fails (both in daily and preview in CI) but I cannot reproduce the issue locally. @rjmholt Could you have a look at the test.
This PR is not ready for review yet, it is just to show the failure first. After that I think would like the following:

• Have all jobs run in PowerShell LTS and Preview but only a nightly build definition with a variable defined to make it use the Daily build
